For individual educational resources:

  • Digital worksheets, assessments, and other educational materials are made available for immediate access or download after purchase
  • Resources remain accessible in your account library for the duration of your subscription
  • Downloaded resources may be saved for personal use according to our Terms of Service

1.3 Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframes for digital content are:

  • Subscription activation: Immediate (within minutes of successful payment)
  • Purchase confirmations: Sent via email within 10 minutes of purchase

All payments on EduModes are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment processing partner. Upon completing a purchase:

  • EduModes will send a separate purchase confirmation with details about your purchase

2.2 Receipts and Invoices

For every purchase:

  • A digital receipt is generated and emailed to the address associated with your account
  • All receipts and invoices are also accessible in your account dashboard under "Purchase History"
  • Invoices include all legally required information including transaction ID, purchase date, amount paid, and applicable taxes
  • For subscription services, monthly/annual receipts are automatically generated for recurring payments
